HOW TO SCOUT
The parish is fogged. Every tile you step on gets charted and painted in your acid yellow. Water can't be claimed — it just gets charted. Forests and rubble pay bonus ink.
Rust Jackals expand greedily toward open fog. Violet Magpies lurk, then swoop to poach your border paint. They move once per your move — so every step counts.
